We previously used another service for fraud protection and now have used NoFraud for about two years. I feel we get a slight edge with Wyllo (NoFraud) and have successfully had more orders pass. They are very receptive and responsive. I do wish the new dashboard showed the contact status, but I understand that's in the works, and in the meantime it is easy enough to switch to classic view. Overall, worthwhile to our luxury goods online store.
