Sherwin is very helpful, and I give Sherwin 5 stars for his help!
My 3 Star Rating is because I'm unable to log in to QB after trying multiple browsers, including incognito mode, due to a random error. I also have now been dealing with the 3rd broken integration with Shopify, where it now records individual transactions instead of payouts.
I'm missing a significant portion of net sales that are not being reported to QB... will try to reach out again once I can log back into my account.
