Generally a good app at a good price.

We are using the Klaviyo integration and sending reviews and follow ups with Klaviyo.

There was an issue with the way our external email devs set up the Review requests that some reviews were credited to the wrong customers. When first identifying the issue and reaching out to the Growave support team, they were quite defensive looking for reasons that our observation was incorrect and that the reviews were with the correct customers. Instead of being accepting of issue and working together in trouble shooting to find the root cause.
