I was helped by Aradhya Kapadia, he/she (I do not know) was very knowledgeable and answer all my questions with detailed answers and screenshots!!
In the end I resolved-all my issues quickly and the feeds are now up and running properly! As a result I am already noticing a small increase increase in traffic in just a few hours.
