Zoko: WhatsApp for D2C Brands

We've been using Zoko for years, and it works very well. Love those function like Quick Replies, Broadcasting, makes the chat handling much easier. It works well with Shopify too, able to send product to chat, also able to create special promo to lead the customer to your website to close the deal. Happy with it.
