B: WhatsApp Chat, Abandon Cart

Didn't think of writing this review. But the sales team has literally ghosted me after selling the services, even though the flows are not working due to some backend issues at their end they are not willing to give refund and postpone onboarding which wasn't expected. We are in peak season and the support times are just terrible a simple reply takes 24 hrs from the support team.
