When used in conjunction with Shopify via the Connector/Integration tool: As per other reviews. Used to work well but now endlessly frustrating. Won't launch from Shopify: "Your account has already been successfully migrated". Functionality appears to have transferred to run directly in QB where it is seriously flawed. Lacking any form of guidance. An email would have been nice since this was obviously a planned event!
1) QuickBooks has a habit of enforcing unproductive changes! We now spend longer manually reviewing items that previously synced from the website seamlessly.
2) The attempts at AI integration are terrible
**Update** We have received email support but this only confirms the loss in automatic functionality. If you think QB will save time running a website think again. There is an explanatory video which details the new manual steps required. If you don't sit on this 24/7 then stock and invoicing in QB will not be accurate!
