You cannot sync COGS accounts by category. You cannot map very much at all. This does not meet the needs of a business.

Hi there, thank you for the feedback. We understand the desire to have your Shopify products sync to QuickBooks with customized COGS. Unfortunately at the moment we don't have an easy way to be able to automate this behavior across the board for our users. Having said that, we do allow you to map pre-existing SKUs between Shopify and QuickBooks, so that when sales occur the correct COGS will be updated.
