QuickBooks Online

Sam from QuickBooks tried very hard to help us resolve the integration issue between Shopify and QuickBooks, and I really appreciate his effort. Unfortunately, the integration is still not working at all due to the extremely poor performance of the new connector. I am very disappointed with QuickBooks, particularly as I spent approximately 10 hours waiting for support yesterday and was unable to speak to a single adviser. This issue is seriously affecting our ability to process the company’s accounts and has already resulted in a significant amount of wasted time. Sam was helpful and professional, but the new integration itself and the level of support available have been extremely disappointing.
