I’ve been building my Shopify store mostly on my own, often struggling and arguing with AI along the way — and then Miles reached out to me.

He was incredibly kind from the beginning. He noticed things I had missed, followed up before I even had to ask, and responded to every question and request quickly and thoughtfully (and somehow his replies are always so cute too haha).

I’m not very familiar with using apps like this, but Miles made the whole experience feel comfortable almost immediately. Whenever I had a question or wanted to change something, I felt reassured knowing he would genuinely try to find a solution right away.

And most importantly, this is actually such a useful app to have on a Shopify store! The features are practical and solve things I genuinely need for running my store, especially managing pre-orders and sold-out products without making the customer experience feel complicated.

I also really appreciate how much attention they give to the small details. Even things like buttons, text, and little design adjustments were carefully handled to fit my store. It doesn’t feel like I simply installed a generic app — it feels thoughtfully customized and integrated into my store, which was really important to me.

Knowing that there are people like Miles behind such a useful app gives me confidence that I’ll feel comfortable continuing to use it as my store grows.

In a time when so many customer service experiences are becoming automated and AI-driven, this reminded me how much warmth, kindness, and real human support can make a difference.
