We used this app for quite a while to manage the store locator on our website for our 10 retail locations. Unfortunately, the locator never displayed quite correctly, and more recently the problems became significantly worse.
We reached out to technical support multiple times hoping to get the issues resolved, but responses were extremely slow and the support was ultimately not helpful in solving the problem.
We finally installed a different store locator app, and it worked perfectly right out of the box with essentially no setup issues and no need to contact support. That experience really highlighted how unnecessarily difficult this app had become to maintain.
After using it for a long time, we ultimately decided to move on. For a business with multiple locations, a store locator needs to be reliable and work without constant troubleshooting, and unfortunately this app did not meet that standard for us.
