Rain HUANG, a CATASTROPHIC cjdropshipping agent who completely ruined my experience.
She’s incredibly cold and cruel, for a simple answer to a question, she’s capable of making me wait a full week while treating me like crap. For a week, I’ve been asking for nothing more than a product return rate, but she refuses to answer me and tells me to do her job for her, even though I have no information about the total weight, possible shipping methods, or the options available to me!!
When you agree on a rate with her and confirm it, she comes back with rate increases of up to 30% without any mercy, and when you explain that this isn’t normal, she talks down to you and pressures you to accept the offer.
She openly talks about wanting to get rid of her tasks as quickly as possible and stop dealing with me, even though I’ve only reached out to her twice in a year!!
The only way to get her to do her job is to tell her you’re going to leave a bad review and expose this. It’s outrageous.
If I could give less than one star, I would.
Rain HUANG is the worst agent on the cjdropshipping platform, there’s a high chance you’ll be assigned her as your agent. When you ask her to switch agents, she drags her feet and doesn't go through with the change either !
A horrible experience, I’ve never seen anything like it.
