Great post-purchase survey app with very responsive support
We use Zigpoll for a simple post-purchase attribution survey in our Shopify store (“How did you hear about us?”). The setup offers a lot of flexibility, including custom answer options, multiple columns and good integration with the Shopify Thank You page.
I also contacted support with a question about the free plan limits and received a very quick and helpful response directly from the founder, which I really appreciated.
One thing that could be improved is the styling of the Shopify post-purchase block. Zigpoll offers several color and background options, and the selected colors are visible in the Zigpoll preview, but not all of them seem to carry over to the actual Shopify Thank You page. For example, I was able to select a pink/accent appearance in the preview, while the live Shopify page remained limited to white/grey background styles. But maybe that was just my mistake.
Overall, a very useful app with a lot of customization options and great support.
