CWILL Order Tracking

Update: 23rd Sep - Claire from the CWILL team reached out and helped with resolving the issue. Really appreciate her for listening and understanding our perspective. The app works fine as mentioned earlier and the team is quick to resolve any tracking rule changes.

BE CAREFUL when opting for this. I was with TrackingMore which is part of CWILL. Was offered a free period of 30 days to move to ParcelPanel now CWILL.

I took the bait and was shown a free period of 30 days. Now realise that I was charged in advance by TrackingMore till Aug 18 2026 and then CWILL charged me in Sep for the period starting Aug 21 2026. So effectively 3 days free and not 30. CWILL Support now claims we have shown 30 days free in your invoice and the money paid to TrackingMore is not our problem.

App is fine but unfortunate experience so would suggest to be careful with billing and invoicing.
