After Shopify's Inbox sudden fall from grace, this simple and elegant app is being a life saver!

The colors are customizable, as well as the texts when first opening the chat, it allows for a small FAQs with quick answers, and you can also customize how much info you need from the customer in order to get back to them later, in my case an email is enough.

They also have a Chatbot you can train, though my own shop is strictly non-AI, it can be a great tool for other type of shops.

If anything I just wish they had a "Dark mode" instead of a white background, but, it does the job. I'm thankful for this app.
