Thank you for your help and patience. Your clarification about customers entering their birthday or Gotcha Day directly in the Loyalty Widget was exactly what we needed. The annual 150-point Birthday Bark Club reward now makes sense, and we’re ready to move forward with testing and launch.Thanks again for helping us get this configured correctly!
