I was having trouble getting my preorder and restock buttons to display correctly. Defeated, I went downstairs to grab a snack and lo and behold, when I came back, Arnab had saved the day!!

Somehow (Probably black magic), STOQ automatically detected that my conversation with the AI hadn't solved my issue, sent a ticket and by the time I got back, Arnab had already sent me a screenshot of my store working perfectly

This is by far the most surprising and refreshing Customer Support experience I've received. You guys didn't let me down, you didn't let me hit rock bottom, you noticed something was wrong and came in at the right moment before I was actually frustrated.
