Whenever something is possible, they either implement it directly or involve the development team to make improvements and ensure the app meets your needs.

Yatz was extremely helpful from the start, even adjusting the position of the floating widget with custom CSS to make it fit perfectly with my store. Maya, Derek, and Taylor have since helped me further optimize my loyalty program and add several much-needed features.
