He reached out to me right after I installed and even offered to customize everything to match my brand, to help ease with using the app. He showed me color options, kept adjusting until it matched my store, and was patient with all my small changes. The app was easy to set up and the support made it feel really personal. Highly recommend! Oh and support is NOT a robot but a live person lol
