Okendo has been a useful platform for managing customer reviews and integrating them into our Shopify store. The interface is generally easy to navigate, and the integration with Shopify makes managing and displaying reviews fairly straightforward.
There are some limitations when it comes to customization and review management. Certain processes, such as manually grouping products and managing reviews across similar styles, can be time-consuming. Pricing and plan limitations are also worth considering as your business scales.
One of the highlights of our experience with Okendo has been the customer support. Laura Ann McCarthy has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable whenever we've had questions or needed guidance. Her support has made navigating the platform and addressing challenges much easier.
Overall, Okendo is a solid review platform that gets the job done, but there is room for improvement in flexibility, efficiency, and pricing. The customer support has definitely been a positive part of our experience.
