I had an issue with using this app after changing my website theme. I reached out to BOLD support who were a really huge help in discovering the problem. Guri, Rose and Charles all chimed in on our conversation and were all super great to chat with. Guri put in an Installation Request for me, and when I had additional questions after the chat ended, Charles was able to answer them for me. Every single person was kind and helpful.
