We've been using pushowl for about a month now. I was looking for a solution to send push messages out via the browser. I finally found pushowl.
In the last 30 days, WITHOUT EVEN TRYING, We've made $300 in extra revenue from this app. I have sent a handful of campaigns (basically a super short message like: "Check out this product" and an image).

* It's comes pre-installed with abandon cart messages (this alone is worth every penny)
* Pushowl was really easy to setup. Just install, check some boxes and you are pretty much ready to go.
* It has lots of stats and it's really easy to see how much money the app is making you
* The app automatically adds UTM parameters so you can get EVEN MORE data (if that's the way you like to roll)
* When you create a campaign you can see previews for how the messages are going to look on the different devices
* The owner is super cool and helpful
