SalesPop: Order & Sales Popup

I like it, however I'd like to be able to set these pop ups to be every 3 mins, showing "Recently Ordered", that way, even if theres no purchases, the pop ups still appear for potential customers viewing the website. I thought the app did something like this but I cant seem to figure out how to do it
