They deleted a bunch of our collections and there was no way to recover them. Massive issue and none of their methods could fix it. Why did they have access to delete collections in the first place? I guess it is my fault for not reading the fine print 10 years ago. They just sent an email saying, opps we deleted a bunch of your collections, sorry. No compensation, no hey maybe we'll offer you the app for free for the next 5 years, just sorry about that, hope you can figure it out. As good as their customer service was in the past, this is a disaster and Shopify should delete their app from the app store for this. Completely unacceptable!
