The customer service is great at responding to inquiries & fix issues. The app has a lot of options that we are able to use, it's a little bit of a learning curve if you're trying to do something very complicated, which we have on our site.

Thanks for taking time for review. The letter spacing and size depend upon your font. You can check our demo site the monogram is consistent regardless of letter. Please contact us at support@productpersonalizer.com
