Previously, we've used Freshdesk and Zendesk. We switched to Re:Amaze 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. The integration and flow from various channels like email, live chat, and social media is very tight and seamless. Our team is able to tackle 50% more live chat and email "tickets" compared to our previous help desk systems.
