I love this simple yet effective app. You need to understand something: when you are a new store: people would probably like to talk to you before they purchase. Using most of "chatting" apps would not capture the client's contact information, so if you are not live and available when the client asks, you WILL NOT be able to get back to your prospect client UNLESS they registered their contact details (which is seriously rare in case of new stores)..
