We are using this app to pull orders from shopify to QBO. Whenever I have issues I use the chat function. All the customer service reps are fantastic, but wanted to give a shout out to Paul today who helped solve a few issues and helped me better understand the flow of data. Thank you so much Paul.
**Update** March 19th 2026 used Nick for sync issue, he batch solved my problem and showed me how to fix it myself quickly. 10/10
