Just trialling the free plan for the moment and we encountered a few issues (it conflicted with the theme) which Gigi tirelessly liaised with her technician to fix it for us. She was friendly and replied so quickly. Very impressed with the customer support and happy that her team was able to turnaround the fixes speedily. I felt bad since I was only on the free plan but she assured me it was no trouble at all. I am sure the paid plan/s would be able to offer us so much more features as well at reasonable prices.
