Jan 2022 - I'm updating this review as I've just moved from the free version to the paid app as the conversion rates are definitely showing an ROI. Customer contact has definitely increased, Customer retention is up, Abandoned checkout recovery rate has doubled. Definitely a worthwhile app. Dec 2021 - I'm brand new to this app but it couldn't be easier to get set-up and running.
