The app is easy to use and has great customer service.
I am still on the free plan for the moment, so there is no live chat, but they do respond pretty quickly via email, and Melanie has been very helpful.
Update: I used it for a while now on the Standard plan, and it's pretty good, and customer service with the live chat is great!
