This is without a doubt the best support I have ever experienced for a Shopify app. We launched a website and some minor complications arose. Customer support Annie Tran was very quick and extremely efficient in helping me. Jonas is also very supportive in answering me via Whatsapp. I was really in trouble but then I tried calling their WhatsApp number and got through right away. And from here, the support was just extraordinary. Many thanks to the technician guys too, Cuongnvm, Duong Hoa Xuan and Pham Le Minh Tri for the quick fix.
I used "Custom Pricing" and "Wholesale Registration Form" and the functions are really helpful in categorizing your customers and support them well. Overall, good app and customer support.
