Support was excellent! My rep Anna provided me with all the answers to my questions and was very polite and professional. Thank you Anna for all of your help! I highly recommend this app.

Please allow us to clarify again regarding the issue: the slow-speed loading in-app you’ve encountered on 17th May is at BON’s responsibility, and this is not due to your Internet line. We had explained this straightforwardly and clearly in the previous emails. However, I’d love to clarify again in order to prevent any misunderstandings between us.

Now that the above issues were successfully resolved by our Dev team on 18th May, kindly help us check again and please let me know if there are any problems. Besides, 24/7 customer support is on the way to being launched soon, to ensure timely assistance.
