App did not work well at all, after contacting customer support over the last 2 days with no response, I had to delete it and find something a little more suitable.
Hey there! I’m sorry you didn’t get a response back then, that’s on us and I understand why you moved on. We’ve since rebuilt the app and significantly improved support response times. Today, we’re much more hands-on and focused on helping merchants quickly when something isn’t working.
We’re also the original creators and have taken the app back, and a lot has changed since that period.
If you ever consider trying it again, we’d be glad to help you get set up properly.
