As an agency, their team is invaluable for support on complex setups. Very appreciative of Baarath's help for one of our accounts in particular. To help segment b2b & b2c before they purchase; use a custom property on the welcome series sign up form to auto add them into a segement. A similar system can use for existing customers using an email and/or the "Preferences" section at the bottom of emails.
