Ran into a hiccup setting up a workflow for custom discount codes (in which subscribers weren't receiving an email with a promo code after signing up). Reached out to support and enter the incredible Luiz who got us sorted out immediately! (Thank you, Luiz!) I must also add that customer support for this app, in general, is stellar — they're quick to respond thoughtfully and oh-so-friendly while providing relevant help.
