I had an issue with the app and they fixed it within the hour. I had an email back to my support ticket within minutes from Jena Nguyen and he then contacted the dev Nguyen Van Ninh. Between them both they fixed the issue and understood exactly what I was asking to be done. I can recommend the app and the support is great.
