At first, I had a few issues with the app, but Judith Castro went above and beyond to ensure all my concerns were addressed. She showed me that, as a business, they genuinely care about your business' well-being and being able to thrive. I am very thankful that Judith stayed consistent with my issues and turned this into a positive experience. The customer service is excellent, and so is this application itself. I switched over from Klaviyo to Amplified. My emails are easily and super quickly delivered to my customers. As someone who is not an expert in graphic design, I rely heavily on templates. Amplified has tons of templates to start with that are easily customizable and visibly appealing to my customers. Even if you are starting from scratch, it is straightforward to create an email. My only regret with this application is that I have not utilized it enough in the many months I have had it. I highly recommend this email marketing platform and am glad I found it.
