Today I got to experience the online chat and let me tell you- this was unexpected. Sherwin was amazing and super helpful in every way possible. Instantly found the issue and made sure each decision and change was explained properly and brought it down to regular people lingo. If there were more stars I would give more. Wish I did this earlier! Thanks so much for the help!
