Over time bots had been padding our email list with fake customers (and we did not know it). When we discovered the issue, we had over 900 bad email addresses in our database causing a huge bounce rate. Working with the team at Amplified was the solution. After identifying the problem they assisted us in removing all the fake customers from our email list, a huge help! We are now sending emails again to our customers and looking good.
