Great app for handling returns, but also amazing customer service! Would recommend the app to everyone.
5 stars for excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to help you out. They are prompt and courteous and will help you troubleshoot.
We have the pro plan, so there are only a few bells and whistles, but it does what we need, and we can't complain about that.
We used a few return apps before landing at Rich Returns and I reallllllly like the customizability of this platform as well as the support!!! Could use a feature, but they're on it and I really like how we can upgrade and control our returns, charge restocking fees, receive photos from returns, and more. Great app, highly recco! Works great.
The work done by Andrej on helping us complete the set up was fantastic. We are excited to see a change in how we do customer service.
Rich Returns provides a relatively quick and easy solution for small businesses. They allow for some customization options which are very helpful, but isn't as fully robust as a full ERP or Order Management System solution. The team is also super helpful and quick to reply when we encounter issues.
Great app, really friendly to use and the price is really good compared to others on the market. Andrej's help from the customer team has been superb and accurate every time we need assistance with something. Thank you!

Awesome app! it is very easy to use and there are lots of different features available. The customer service is very fast, friendly and helpful.
So even if we had some trouble or missing features, the customer service acted promptly to find a workaround with us immediately or considered to add features in the future.
So by now we just went online with the app, we do not have had the chance to test e.g. the analytics feature by now, but as the rest works perfectly I cannot imagine that there will be any problems. :-)
For us as a shoe brand the perfect tool for managing and analysing returns. Especially the smooth process of managing exchanges will help to keep our customers happy. Onboarding was easy, customer support is great.
