The most pleasant app I've used to date. Added the app to my store, customised it to suit my store and was presented with the option to remove Rivo branding by simply messaging the team and verifying my store. Pete responded in seconds and was a delight to deal with from there. He presented other app options to me as well for collecting reviews and took the time to look at my store and provide lovely feedback. Not only that but he then gave me more options inside the email pop up app like being able to add my own branding and removed the watermark. Wonderful attitude to have in this community and its all completely free. Shocked and pleasantly surprised that this kind of customer service experience still exists. Always a pleasure Pete!
