Staff was quick to help me get set up and they even offered some pointers to set up some of the small details that I missed, that really give my shop a professional look. These pointers had nothing to do with their product and in no way benefited them. The sent links to Shopify's tutorials and as a result, I was able to make a few subtle changes, that add a lot to my site. Again, it in no way benefited them to do this. While I just started using their products, I am blown away with the customer service and I am confident that my experience with their products will be no different!

This app is very easy to use and Lance was amazing to work with. He removed the Rivo branding from my store in no time as well as answered all my questions I had. 10/10 would definitely recommend the app if you are looking for an efficent app and friendly customer service!
