顧客をカテゴリーに分けて、メール送りたくないリストの作成や、レビューをしていない先に追加のメールを送る自動設定などが出来たら良いですね。

Customer service is PHENOMENAL. They reply so fast and they're always helpful, even though I'm still on the free plan. They made adjustments to their display custom for me!

I thought I had installed the app (automatically) but not sure why/how but it wasn't completely done. I emailed customer support and despite it being a weekend, I got very prompt response and the issue was quickly resolved. The app is easy enough to use and I like how the templates can be easily customized. I look forward to receiving and showcasing many reviews on my store.

I contacted the support for some little problem and they response really quickly explain me everything and solving it.
The application is user friendly and easy to set, recommended!
