The design of the app looks amazing. Easy to use and the support team is very responsive. Added CSS styling to exactly how I wanted it.
This is our second Shopify store and we have installed Rivyo again because of the amazing customer service. We purchased the Enterprise plan and they have helped us customize where the review summary will appear on our website. They also import the reviews of all our products for us. The Rivyo Product Review app works as promised and has a great support team behind it. I was able to get all of my reviews where I wanted them plus I now have the ability to interact directly with the customer regarding their review. Much better than the free product review app I was using previously. I would suggest it to anyone looking for a next level service that doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg to get it.
