The only issue is that the widget cannot be customized unless you upgrade to a silver plan. If you are concerned about the aesthetics on your site, this might be a small issue! Otherwise everything else is great.

We had a rewards program on my old shopping cart system, so I was relieved to find this app when we moved to Shopify. The team was responsive to my questions, and fixed a bug immediately that was making the widget not show up on iPads (now it shows up). I like the flexibility in offering different kinds of rewards. The rewards come as coupon codes, which is different from my old system (where the rewards could be applied at checkout like a method of payment), causing some of my customers to complain that before they used to be able to use a coupon code AND their reward points in the same transaction, and now they can't. So I'd love to see an option to use rewards points as a payment method someday! I'd also love if in the future there was an option to not have the widget be on the screen the whole time -- to have a URL instead of the widget, or have the rewards program integrated into the customer's account page. This is important because the widget doesn't show up on small mobile screens, so customers can't access their rewards info from their phones (but the team says that is coming soon). One feature this has that my old system didn't is the ability to send reminders that they have rewards waiting to be redeemed. All in all, I'm really pleased with this system.

Easy to set up and appears to have all of the right functions however has not generated much interest in the first two weeks. It could be that the widget for the loyalty points is not visible on a Mobile device as it has been designed for a desktop and most of our customers shop through a mobile platform so no one knows they're earning points which is disappointing in today's mobile environment.

Good app. Simple set up. Looks nice too on the website. Nice features. Good service through support@ .
More could be said on how to determine 'point value'. I found the info elsewhere with another app supplier.
Deleted Discount coupons are not automatically updated on Shopify. They sometimes are out of synch. Need close management.
Good app. I recommend.

This app is potentially great but unfortunately it doesn't work on mobile devices which is a significant problem in today's ecommerce market.

For example, on a screen under 768px wide, the loyalty widget will not be shown. This is because the Loyalty Overlay is 768px wide. Therefore, people using mobile devices will not be able to use the S Loyalty app at all. This issue is very problematic when you consider that many people will click through using referral links expecting to be given a discount coupon. This does not work.

Support mentioned they are working on this but sadly for now we find the app unusable.
