This app is great for loyalty rewards. Though i'd like it better if I can create unique discount codes per condition per customer and send it via Shopify Email app or Flow.

Additionally, the "Free" plan indicated here is misleading. After the trial, you'll no longer be able to use the main functions unless you apply for the most basic plan which is for 19.99. Not ideal for starting business.

We do like this app over other options. We are working with support for a customized widget or other option and that is good that they are open to working with us to make that happen. However, the app can stall or take quite some time to load on the site and that creates a bit of an issue when the option for our rewards program is not available. So there is room to improve on the hosting.

Just testing your program. If good will pay for it because I really need it.
But firstly after I tested the 30-days trail, is this program all by manual setting & give reward? Not automatically?

e.g. customer register get 1 point, and reach such 1point automatically get 10% off.
e.g.2 customer paid $100 automatically get 100 points.

Sounds no such setting after I played almost 1 afternoon. Right? Look forward any reply to me.

disappointing. Why cant customers get points when the like or tweet something. Or invite friends to the site.

The design and integrating is a lot neater than punchtab, but its so frustrating but punchtab allows you to create you're own currency on site and there lots of ways people can gain points which keeps people on my site.

please PLEASE upgrade your app!! its got so much potential
