I like the app, but we had a significant drop in speed on our shop, from 28 to 19, due to this app. I wrote to you about this to find out if there are any solutions, but I still haven't had an answer. If there is no improvement, I will have to delete the app.

This app has some good search features, but there are a few bugs in the system and the customer support is terrible!!! I followed their supplied instructions and spent days assigning colour families, but they don't show as colour swatches on the shop front. I have written to them 3 times to ask for help but have had no reply, but someone has reset all the families previously assigned. soooo frustrating and a massive waste of time.

I have been facing some currency issues and trying to contact the team but not getting any response. This is quite a critical issue that needs to be resolved but help support is quite poor.

Still trying to explore and learn about the app, however there are some translation limits for us at the moment as we cannot translate Filters into more than one language. Their support have been excellent though and super helpful, so 5 stars to that!

Excellent value for a search app. My favorite functionality is its ability to display category pages as search pages with built-in filters/etc. Support has been both excellent and not so excellent, but on my latest issue they were rock stars!

My main critique is to provide better matching for search terms without adding synonyms. For example, the app will find product "Focus XT" but not "Focus-XT." I've added a synonym to take care of it, but there should be an option to at least ignore special characters.
