I like this app, it looks nice and works well. Sergey from the support team helped with with some initial hiccups by changing some things in the code. Service was fast and helpful.
Note: it is quite complicated to set up, as there are a ton of settings you need to set up... but be patient or ask the app producers for help, and in the end you will be happy!

Now my store works like Amazon with custom filters and magic instant search with suggestions. That is all I wanted to get from search app. I have been using Searchanise for less than one month and can’t say anything about conversion raise, I hope it will increase as these guys promise. They almost always get back within 1-8 hours and are always very Friendly and helpful. Willing to go the extra mile to help make it work for us even better! Highly recommend.
So far loving this app - we previously had a very non intelligent search function and now our customers are able to easily find what they are searching for - we like that we can add to the synonyms and dictionary to ensure things like hat and beanie are related regardless of the difference in terms. It was an instant improvement for us.
