The app is easy to set up, intuitive and use friendly. We have been using it for several months now. The reason we switched from InstantPlus was the recommendation of our ShopifyPlus AM and for the few times we have interacted with Searchanise team, I have to say we have just good things and good service, 5 stars and Three cheers!
Great app, very easy to setup and configure. Price is also a big plus.
This is the ONLY APP I've found that can handle partial-word searches (you know, that really basic function vital to all websites with more than 3 products that Shopify has mysteriously left out of their functionality.)
This app does a lovely job and allows customers to search partial words, SKU numbers and can even handle synonyms! I highly recommend it, especially since Shopify refuses to do ANYTHING about this giant hole in their service...

shopify's standard search function is very simple. For a long time I was looking for a search function with multiple options. I first took out a trial subscription. The service was very good and fast during this period (response within a few hours). The Searchanise app does what I expect and because the service is very fast and the price is favorable, I decided to buy.
Once we were transferred to a new customer service rep, it was easier working through our problems. Overall Searchanise seems to be the most power you are going to get for the dollars that you are paying. I will be interested to see how it performs once we have finished setting up the rest of our site.
Great app. Highly recommended and a must have for any store.
